POSTAGE, FREIGHT and HANDLING
We use either Australia Post or commercial courier companies to transport your web purchases.
Courier companies do not deliver to POST OFFICE BOX addresses. Please supply a full residential address (house/flat/unit number, street, suburb and postcode) for prompt and correct delivery of web-ordered products.
Dicksons Music Complex Pty Ltd can not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged items, if sent via Australia Post, once they leave our hands. We can only assist you with contacting and dealing with AUSTRALIA POST.
Australia Post Terms and Conditions state that it is up to the Addressee to file a complaint if an item is damaged when you receive it. You will need to fill in a form PM26 obtained from Australia Post and lodge it with Australia Post. It is recommended that you also take the packaging along with you as evidence (and even take the damaged product).
Dickson's Music Complex Pty Ltd reserves the right to choose the best and most cost effective method of postage or freight option for each web order.
