Online Shopping.

You can shop online for Brass and Woodwind instruments in the categories Student, Intermediate, Professional and Custom. 

The online catalogue pages can be reach by pressing the category on the left hand side of the Home page.  Once into the online shopping page of our site you can then go to all the categories from each catalogue page.  When you see the instrument you wish to purchase simply press on the  Add to Cart  and this product will then be added to your shopping cart.  You can select at any time not to continue shopping.  Once you have finished shopping simply press Checkout and fill in your details.  You will receive an invoice/receipt to the email address you supplied.   It's that easy!

Goods Delivery.

We try to deliver within 3 days in the Sydney Metropolitan area from order and between 5 and 7 days elsewhere in Australia, provided the goods are in our warehouse at the time of order. Freight charges may apply.

Dicksons Music Returns Policy.

Dicksons Music generally adopts the policy recommended by the Retail Traders Association in relation to returns and refunds. Unless the goods have a non warrantable fault, or are not as we have described them to the customer no return is accepted or refund given.

There are circumstances where we will agree to an exchange where it is within 7 days of the original sale, a receipt is produced and the goods being exchanged are either still in their wrapping or unused. This generally applies where there is an upgrade or an exchange to a different strength or model in the same or higher price category.

Returns in all other circumstances are only taken with the approval of one of the Companys directors and in such situations the customer is given a credit for the value of the return to be used within the business less a small restocking fee.

In addition where regular customers wish to take a number of items so that selection can be made at leisure, then the goods are sold On approval for 7 or 14 days by arrangement and then on condition that not less than 50 % of the goods taken are purchased. Any freight or postage costs for such returns are at the customers expense.

Customers should note when purchasing that the prices shown may be subject to change without notification and that items illustrated in this website may not necessarily be exactly the same as the goods described or despatched.

Prices.

We try very hard to make sure that the prices on our website reflect the current prices in our store however in some instances this is not always possible as there can be some factors that are overlooked.  In these instances we reserve the right to sell our goods at our current prices and charge freight at the calculated rate.
